摘要
Introduced the electrical characteristics of SF(6) gas, and summed up SF(6) gas leak point detection technologies depend on its electrical characteristics in the international and domestic area, and compared their advantages and disadvantages. Focused on the infrared laser absorption method that can be used indoors and outdoors, and can directly see the gas leakage.
