摘要
With the small caliber gun as the research object, a heat transfer analysis of the composite material barrel under the conditions of automatic fire was conducted by finite element method. Based on the APDL Language and ANSYS platform, an optimization model has been established in which the gun barrel weight is taken as objective function, the working temperature as state variables, the structure size design variables, the heat performance of the gun barrel as the constrained condition. The structure size of composite material barrel has been optimized by zero-order method with high efficiency. The research results have important significances for weight reduction design of composite material barrel.
