摘要
This paper summarizes the current state of Indo-European within the "digital revolution," first by providing a brief overview of the general materials available on the Internet for IE, then discussing in more detail the problems of Indo-European character encoding, including how to deal with characters missing from Unicode, variants of characters, language tags, and the role of markup. The need for input from Indo-Europeanists is vital in order to be able to do Indo-European typing, sending, receiving, and display correctly.
