摘要：
Developing circular economy is necessary for building harmonious society, the embodiment of scientific development view, and the only way to realize the enterprise's long-term development. In view of less research on enterprise circular economics, this paper elaborates on the characteristics and setting principles of the evaluation index, and sets the evaluation index system of the enterprise performance based on circular economy. By empirical analysis about the case of Shanxi Phoenix Mountain ecological garden, this paper adopts three classes fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluates its enterprise performance level. Meanwhile, the evaluation result also verifies the effectiveness of the evaluation index system and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.
