摘要
The article is of theoretical empirical character. The main objective is the analysis of the innovativeness level conducted among the proprietors of academic spin-off micro-companies. The realization of the goal of the aforementioned study has determined its structure. The most important theoretical conceptions connected with the discussed topic were presented in the first part. In particular, Schumpeterian entrepreneurship theory was presented. In addition, key definitions regarding the essence and functioning of academic spin off companies. Theoretical considerations were the basis for presenting the empirical part of the results of own research conducted among academic spin-off entrepreneurs. A statistical study of the relationship between particular determinants conditioning the innovativeness of the studied companies was the augmentation of the empirical analysis. In order to perform the aforementioned statistical verification, the Cramer's V coefficients and the test of independence were applied.
