摘要：

Organizational memory (OM) plays an important role in the development of an organization. This paper points out that knowledge is the core component of organizational memory, and knowledge transfer (KT) can be strengthened through organizational learning. Based on the organizational memory, this paper focuses on the process of knowledge transfer and analyzes the barriers to knowledge transfer, so as to make an effective knowledge transfer, improve the organizational memory.
