摘要：
The electrooptic effect in reverse-proton-exchanged channel waveguides on Y-cut LiNbO3 was evaluated by the phase-modulation method. The electrooptic constant r(13)(S) was measured to be 4.3 pm/V, which was half of the bulk value.
