On the Structural Upgrading of Traditional Sugar Industry in Chongzuo City and its Revelation

摘要：
In the process of economic reform nowadays, transformation and upgrading of traditional industries is one of the problems to be solved in China. Summarizing the development status of traditional industry, the paper puts forward pressures and dilemmas of the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in short-term based on the theory of worldwide industrial development. And the article selects sugar industry in Chongzuo featuring "high-yield high-sugar" and named cane sugar production base by the Ministry of Agriculture as a traditional industry research object. Analyzing practice of recycling economy and implementation of diversified strategy shows that Chinese traditional industries are not a sunset industry and still have potential for development. Upgrading process of sugar industry in Chongzuo inform us that transformation and upgrading of traditional industries is full of investment opportunities within related industries, and the government services and technological innovation are guarantee of success.
