The design and implementation of dynamic password identity authentication system

Identity authentication is the basis of the whole information security system, and also the bridgehead of network security. Traditionally, static password-based authentication schemes are very popular for identity authentication in remote access, but it cannot guarantee sufficient accessing security owing to its own shortcomings. In this paper, we present an improved dynamic password authentication protocol. This scheme uses a random number as challenge factors. It can support mutual authentication, resist decimal attack, and middleman attack and satisfy the security objectives such as data confidentiality, identity, and data authentication.
