摘要
Normal piglet diets were supplemented with 0, 3, 5, 8 and 10% wheat distiller's dried grains with soluble >> ProtiGrain << in four experiments. In jour further experiments the diets of fattening pigs contained 0, 10, 15, 20 and 25% ProtiGrain. The feed intake was reduced in all groups with diets containing ProtiGrain except the group receiving 15% ProtiGrain in their diet, in experiment 5. Following the feed intake the live weight gain was also reduced. The feed efficiency did not differ among the groups except for the group with 8% ProtiGrain in the piglet feed and 25% ProtiGrain in the feed of fattening pigs. No effect of ProtiGrain on the carcass value was observed. The use of ProtiGrain of the tested quality can not be recommended jor the feeding of piglets with a high performance and a body weight lower than 10 kg. When the unchanged feed efficiency in ProtiGrain containing diets is taken into consideration the diets of piglets with more than 10 kg body weight should not contain more than 10% ProtiGrain, and in fattening pigs the ration should not exceed a concentration of 20%.
