Analysis of scattering spectral characteristics observed in the presence of an evanescent-wave field

摘要
The scattering spectral characteristics of nanoscale layered particles exhibited in the presence of an evanescent-wave field are analyzed using the discrete sources method (DSM). The possibility of shifting the maximum of the scattered field intensity to the lono-wavelength range is examined. It is shown that the position of the maximum can be varied at a fixed value of its amplitude by changing the particle's shape.
