摘要
This article will examine and modify the industrial structure theory, the typical theory for the environmental analysis of the business competitive advantage. From the view of industry innovation instead of industry selection, the author takes the opportunity development for the first step of the industry innovation strategy, arguing that strategic alliance has the function of developing opportunities, creating sustaining competitive advantages, that is, the alliance can enlarge the searching bound, finding the new chance among the current or other industries and technological fields. The alliance creates the sustaining competitive advantage for firms through transmutation along with the environments, taking the fresh, evolving and recognizing and developing the new chances.
