摘要：
Repetitive passive Q-switching of a CW diode-pumped thulium-ytterbium codoped YLiF4: (YLF) laser at 1.5 mu m is demonstrated using Co:LaMgAl11O19 (LMA) as saturable absorber. The H-3(4) --> F-3(4) laser transition is also slightly tuned from 1.492 to 1.505 mu m with a birefringent filter. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
