摘要：

Due to rapid growth of the economics, services are the global trends in the future, and the degree of customization of goods and services gradually becomes higher and higher. This paper take well-known chain restaurants as subjects in an attempt of exploring the application of the theory and practice of industrial management to the current situations and issues of the restaurant sector, and further provides suggestion as a reference for future practitioners and researchers.
