How Entrepreneur's Characteristics Impact on The Innovation of Environmental Protection Enterprise

This research focuses on how the entrepreneur's characteristics embedded in environmental protection enterprises background. Using management theory, we extend prior literature by providing a framework which describes the relationship between individual factors and innovation process. Regression analysis was used to define which variables are important; the results will help scholars formulate future research.
