摘要
Moulded bra dominates the whole market for its smooth cup and seamless inner surface, making the wearer feel comfortable. However, wearing a wire moulded bra can also produce some uncomfortable phenomenon due to unreasonable wire match. This paper deals with the analysis of the relationship of moulded bra cup and wires, detailing on the experiments on 5 kinds of 1/2 cup basic moulded bra wires. This paper also reports on the influence of different steels on the comfort of moulded bra from the evaluation of results after wearing bra, this is done by choosing 8 wearers who have 75B standard breasts to make an evaluation after wearing the bra. With reference to the data analysis performed by SPSS software and the evaluation of results, it is concluded that it is most comfortable when the wire has moderate inner width and average arc curvature matching 1/2 basic moulded bra. For 75B standard breasts, the best gathering degree of the wire is 1.5 similar to 2 cm and the best supporting degree is 1 similar to 1.5 cm. The comfort, gathering and lifting effects are different if the elasticity of wires with similar shape varies. Therefore, the elasticity of a wire is an important indicator influencing the comfort of a moulded bra.
