摘要
Lack of knowledge of their own ability before the implementation of ERP is an important factor that leads to the failure of ERP implementation for small and medium manufacturing enterprises. This paper from the enterprise ERP project approval perspective, combining with the cloud manufacturing and using the success factors of ERP implementation, establishes a model for evaluating the implementation capacity of the boiler supporting enterprise ERP before implementation. Takes use of FAHP fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to analyze the ERP implementation capability of small and medium manufacturing enterprises and the optimal discrimination draws the conclusion that the most important factors of ERP implementation capability before the implementation of ERP is the highest levels of understanding of the implementation of ERP and ERP implementation team, and provides the reference to for small and medium manufacturing enterprises to improve the ERP implementation capability.
