摘要：
The development of Web Applications has some special characteristics, such as very short Time-to-Market, parallel development and requirements that are not prioritized. This makes it hard to address quality attributes in a systematic way, to prioritize requirements and to resolve conflicts between them. The use of trade-off methods such as QFD will help to prioritize the "right" requirements and to resolve conflicts between them.
