摘要
The reactions O-16(Li-7, 2n) and O-16(Li-7, np) populating Na-21 and Ne-21 have been studied at E-L = 27 MeV using the GASP gamma-detector array. The level scheme for Na-21 and Ne-21 has been extended to higher excitation energy. Spins and parities of the observed levels are assigned tentatively supporting the identification of opposite parity structures connected by strong dipole transitions. The structure of these bands is interpreted as based on a reflection asymmetric cluster structure.
