摘要
At present, our country is in the critical period of the education reform, so the research on the development of the teacher's professional development and the reform of educational model was put forward in this paper. In this paper, firstly, the theory, direction and characteristics of teachers' professional development and education were elaborated; then, with the use of the method of the questionnaire investigation and statistics data, a normal university which has been implemented the reform of teachers' education mode in S province was studied. The results show that the implementation of the "2+2" and "4+2" model explored by this university can effectively promote the coordinated development of teachers' professional development and education reform, so it is worth to learn for other schools.
