摘要：

The fluorescence polarity and viscosity of sodium fluorescein solution were measured under different temperatures. According to Perrin formula, the fluorescence lifetime was determined. Under the condition of pH = 8.5, C = 1.6 x 10(-5) mol/L, the fluorescence lifetime was 3.4ns, P < 0.02. The proposed method has high accuracy.
