摘要：

Equity financing has developed to a main method of financing in the market. This paper analyzes how the market timing theory of behavioral finance effects the listed companies' equity financing in China,and demonstrates the behavior of listed companies' equity financing from the perspective of inefficient market factors and irrational managers respectively; Then, from the standpoint of the government, to standardize the financing behavior of listed companies, we should promote managers' rational financing and investors' rational investing in stock market vigorously.
