摘要：
This article analyses the problems of performance evaluation for scientific research, and gives the data mining models of performance evaluation for scientific research. According to the characteristics of the factors affecting performance evaluation, it uses association rules of data mining on performance evaluation for scientific research, and extracts the knowledge of association rules, and has found the main factors of influencing performance level of scientific research is educational background and job title.
