摘要：

It is of great significance to establish the comprehensive evaluation system of non-public economy enterpriser representatives, which meets the requirements of scientific development concept, can be easily operated and is suitable for spreading, by considering the talent planning in 11th Five-year Plan period and overall situation of talent development strategy and characteristics of non-public economy high-level talents. The research background and significance of research will be discussed in this article, in which the comprehensive evaluation system of non-public economy representatives is discussed from the aspects of research object, research method, evaluation principle, evaluation content and evaluation method, etc.
