Research on Entrepreneurial Risk from the Perspective of Double-Gap

This paper discusses the concepts related to entrepreneurial risk, and proposes the double-gap principle, i.e. entrepreneurial risk originated from resource gap and experience gap. The paper then conduct an analysis of entrepreneurial risk based on the perspective of double-gap, and divide entrepreneurial risk into management risk, financial risk, technological risk, marketing risk, human resources risk and social networks risk. Finally, the paper illustrates the entrepreneurial risk map and details the entrepreneurial risk evolution based on double-gap theory.
