The Realization Way of the Employee Assistance Program (Eap) in the Management of the Hotel Enterprises

This paper introduces the origin, definition and contents of EAP, and analyzes the use of EAP in the management of the hotel enterprises in China. In view of the huge pressure of work of the employees in the hotel business in our country, this paper introduces the stress management methods widely applied abroad - the employee assistance program. Using the framework of the stress management regulation of De Frank and Cooper, the author elaborates the effectiveness and limitation of the hotel employee assistance program in the stress management, to define the roles of the Chinese hotel employees, and puts forward the related recommendations of the implementation.
