An Evolutionary Game Analysis on Incentive Mechanism Design of Coal Enterprises

The structure and the property rights policy of China's coal industry are not perfect([1]), by introducing the concept of the "evolutionary stable strategy" (ESS) and solving the practical problems in the limited rationality game, the evolution game turns into a more convincing and vitality theory in explaining the phenomenon of economic management([2][3]). Take China's coal enterprises as the object of study, by establishing Replication Dynamic model, the paper analyzes the process to balance the game, and then draw two revelations: the government must build system of coal industry, comb the tax system with incentive effect; introducing the advanced management technology of developed country, make enterprise fully understanding, develop themselves.
