摘要
This study investigates non-English major undergraduates' English learning motivation types and their self-identity changes in applied technical colleges by means of questionnaire. The findings show that language interest, achievement certificate, language situation, information media and future development are the main motivation types in applied technical colleges. Students' self-confidence is affected greatly by English learning; students with different sex, major and English level have different changes of self-identity.
