摘要
This paper aims to review studies relating to organizational career management. Database entitled "Business Source Complete" was searched and an extensive literature review was conducted to identify relevant career management activities, covering a wide range of subjects in the management literature and hospitality area. The findings are comprehensive and are likely to cover the complete range of career management practices. However, all these studies focus on career management undertaken in western countries, which confirms the lack of career management studies in the Chinese hotel context. Given the scarcity of relevant research in China, the results of this study are important references and provide key implication for further study.
