摘要
A performance evaluation of the new JPEG2000 ISO standard for still image compression is conducted for VLIW processors. The complexity of the standard and the rich set of proposed features, make it difficult to find straightforward implementations. In this paper we, present results of various compiler optimizations techniques on the processor CPI.
