摘要：
The paper applies Entropy Theory to the evaluation of managers' comprehensive capacity. First selects 13 indexes which quantify managers' comprehensive capacity and then constructs an evaluating system according to Information Entropy Theory. Last it provides a model with simple calculation and high clear result.
