摘要
The contract system choice in the international project contracting is a key issue to distribute the risks and the benefits between the owners and contractors, and an important factor of international project success. This article, through the comparison and the analysis of different clauses such as the payment provision, the project change provision, the project time provision, the claim provision, the Arbitration provision and the termination provision in commonly used JCT, FIDIC and AIA contract systems, determines the key factors of the contract system choice, thus to decide the related procedures and the methods of contract system choice.
