摘要
A new diterpenoid trisaccharide, smithoside A, was isolated from Aster smithianus. Its structure was identified as pimar-15 (16)-beta-en-3beta, 8beta, 11alpha-triol-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1 --> 3)[beta-glucopyranosyl (1-->2)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside on the basis of the spectral and chemical methods.
