摘要
Quartz crystal micro balance is a high-precision mass sensor and it has been widely used in gas, liquid, coatings, bio-molecular aspects of measurement. This paper presents a new design idea, using a variety of measurement methods for the analysis of quartz crystal to achieve the research on quality, thickness, and dynamic properties of viscoelastic.
