Electronic and physical properties of ⟨100⟩ antiphase boundary in the TiAl alloy

摘要
The electronic structure of [100] antiphase boundary and effect of the Mn impurity atoms on the TiAl alloy have been estimated using the recursion method. The density of states, interaction energy between the atoms, and energy of the [100] antiphase boundary have been presented. On the basis of these results the physical properties of the TiAl alloy have been discussed. (C) 1997 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
