The study of a cellular automaton NS and WWH mixed model for traffic flow on a two-lane roadway

摘要
Based on the NS model and the WWH model for one-dimensional cellular automaton traffic flow, and taking into account the drivers adopting different driving rules, we present a cellular automaton NS and WWH mixed model for traffic flow on a two-lane roadway. By using numerical simulation, we study the effect of the mixed proportion coefficient f(NS) on the velocity-density and flow-density diagrams of the mixed traffic flow and the lane-change frequency of the vehicles.
