The Influential Mechanism of Customer Psychological Empowerment on Customer Engagement Behavior in the Context of Online Purchase: A Mediated Moderation Model

摘要
In the context of online purchase and based on Theory of Psychological Empowerment, the paper investigates the influential mechanism of Customer Psychological Empowerment on Customer Engagement Behavior. After a data analysis of 368 samples, the results indicate that Customer Psychological Empowerment has significant positive impact on Customer Engagement Behavior, and this relationship is mediated by Customer Satisfaction. Also, Desire for Control moderates the mediation process above.
