摘要:
An iterative optimizing procedure for project construction schedule was proposed in this paper taking a rubber-dam project as example. During the process, tasks on the critical path were gradually decomposed and the possibility of retardation was reduced. Under the circumstance of parallel projects, integration of resources and elimination of parallel conflicts was also conducted to achieve the required efficiency of the construction. The project has been completed as planned.
