摘要
Latin American countries are developing at a healthy pace, and the major ones, such as Brazil and Argentina, seem to have achieved a stability that is worthy of the trust of international financial institutions and private investors. US Engineering and Consulting companies wishing to take advantage of the opportunities in this market need an integrated market and resource development strategy. Some of these long-term strategies are investment infrastructures, trade policies, and labor factors are presented.
