摘要
Aiming at the influence of specific resistance on electrostatic precipitator in power plant, experiments were carried out on fly ash produced by CFB boiler and pulverized coal furnace, and carbon content analysis was carried out on fly ash of CFB boiler and pulverized coal furnace. The results show that the maximum carbon content of CFB fly ash is 17.98%, and the minimum carbon content is 12.58%, both of which are greater than 10%. The carbon content of CFB fly ash increases gradually with particle size becoming fine, and the breakdown voltage is low, and the specific resistance is small. The maximum carbon content of fly ash of pulverized coal furnace is 4.89%, and the minimum carbon content is 1.98%, both less than 5%, and the carbon content of fly ash decreases gradually with particle size becoming fine, and the breakdown voltage is higher, and the ratio of resistance is larger. A mathematical model was established to predict and measure it, and the prediction results were consistent with the measurement results, and the fitting degree was high. (C) 2022 The Author(s).
