摘要
In this paper, we empirically analyze the relation hip among knowledge spillover, absorptive capacity and innovation performance of firms in technological industry cluster, whose data come from questionnaires of 102 firms in Changchun software.industry cluster in China. As a result of this study, it is demonstrated that the knowledge spillover, and absorptive c.apacity determine innovative performance to. some extent. It is also shown that absorptive capacity has a moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge spillover and innovative performance. Key words Technological Industry Cluster, Knowledge Spillover, Absorptive.
