摘要
The generalized least squares matrix formalism method with non-negativity constraint Is developed to analyze positron annihilation lifetime (PAL) spectra to obtain an annihilation rate spectrum (ARS). The method for obtaining the instrumental resolution function from a single component PAL spectrum is demonstrated. The present code is tested using computer simulated position lifetime data and some experimental spectra.
