摘要
A new type detection device for the suspended flyer was developed to test the press finger and performance parameters of the flyer. The device was made up of mechanical transmission, control and signal processing part, which realized full automation of measurement by wireless transmission technology. Hybrid driven differential adjustable framework was employed in the device, so the bobbin winding diameter of continuous changes can be simulated at different speeds, accordingly the press finger pressure would be tested during the whole roving process. The experimental results show that: the test device meets the design requirements, equipment operation smooth, and the degree of automation and measurement accuracy were higher for flyer performance testing and design.
