Development of Web customize system for sharing educational resources

Internet has become to wide use recently and Web pages have been increasing. We think it is possible that many Web pages become educational materials. Therefore, we focus on a learning environment using Web pages. We propose a new framework called WECE (Web based Educational Customize Environt). WECE adds their knowledge (their annotations, questions, answers and etc) to any Web pages. WECE is a new approach that introduce a customize layer model into WWW system. In addition, we develop a prototype system as WECE, which is called "Web-Retracer". Introducing Web-Retracer to a classroom may reduce a teacher's burden to select the teaching materials for the learners. The teacher can select the contents of the teaching materials without considering the learner's level.
