摘要
Considering on-off signal based sun ray angle measurement with low precision and using many photosensitive components, analog based measurement with small range and the characteristics difference between photosensitive components, a new measurement method is put forward in which angles are calculated through the short circuit current curves with rotation of a single solar cell. The sun ray angles are calculated by the amplitudes and phase of fundamental wave and secondary harmonic extracted from DFT in different characteristic of short circuit current while sun ray radiating the facade and inverse face of the cell with cell's rotation which eliminates the affection of reflection. Short circuit current characteristic with rotation angle is derived and test results are presented which shows its effectiveness.
