摘要
The structure module & functionality framework of the CE-based Enterprise Information System (EIS) is presented in paper. Developed for electric equipment enterprise, the EIS is built on the basis of Product Data Management (PDM) with the help of the concurrent engineering (CE) theory. It supports the complete integrated application development & digital concurrent design for electric control equipment. The integration of management & technique in development of electric control equipment has been resolved with the teamwork, with the amelioration of product development process, digital product model definition, DFA, DFC and PDM etc. In the early phase of product development process, all affected factors are considered, making as less as possible repetitions of development process. PDM, DFA, DFC, material purchase and project management system are developed in the enterprise information system. With the help of the EIS, the design ability is improved, product development time shortened, product quality enhanced, production cost reduced, making the competition ability of the enterprise upgrade highly with excellent comprehensive index of product, such as time, quality, cost and service.
