摘要
In this paper present two type capacitive sensors with coplanar electrodes for core clamping system power accumulators. The sensor measures the compression ratio of the stator core as the deformation of a special elastic element. The capacitive measurement method for setting sensors under clamping nut has advantages over other methods due to high metrological characteristics and influenced of sensors to electromagnetic, magnetic fields industrial frequency and temperature of grounded surface and other. Approximating functional dependences for a coplanar capacitive sensor with the same angular width of electrodes are obtained using the methods of regression analysis. To reduce the effect of parasitic capacitance from edge effects, it has been proposed to use electrodes with different angular widths of electrodes with high and low potential for the sensor.
