摘要
In the battlefield using electromagnetic spectrum management, it is demanded that the traditional static mode of allocating electromagnetic spectrum should be switched into the dynamic one, which can optimize the allocation and use of electromagnetic spectrum so as to enhance the quality of the battlefield communications. Based on apperceiving the resource of battlefield electromagnetic spectrum, this paper puts forward the tactics of disposing the conflicts of using battlefield electromagnetic spectrum, set up the mathematic model of dynamically allocating battlefield electromagnetic spectrum, and made a simulation experiment. The result of the simulation experiment shows that the tactic of holistically eliminating conflict and the corresponding model possesses a definite practicability and maneuverability.
