Study on the 21Na(p,γ)22Mg stellar reaction by the (p,t) reaction

摘要
We have experimentally studied the excited states in Mg-22 near and above the proton threshold using the Mg-24(p,t) transfer reaction. The states at 5.714, 5.962, and 6.046 MeV, which are important for nucleosynthesis in novae, were assigned to have J(pi) = 2(+), (1(-)), and 0(+), respectively. The doublets at around 6.3 MeV were, furthermore, resolved and successfully assigned to have J(pi) = (6(+)) and (4(+)) for the first time.
