摘要
The population in China gradually shows the characteristics of "aging" and "less children" making the traditional model of "raising children for elderly care" difficult to sustain. Since 2013, each district and street in Shenzhen, Guangdong province has established an elderly care center. After four or five years of exploration, three types of elderly care models have been formed: "government building and running", "government building and private running" and "public assistance and government sponsorship." This research studied the development model of "public assistance and government sponsorship" of Shenzhen Siben Elderly Company, and found that it also faced similar problems to other pilot cities in china, such as poor cooperation with the government, a lack of funds, and insufficient management. Leveraging the unique advantages in the fields of Internet, finance, real estate, etc. of Shenzhen City, the company has evolved a new sustainable development model for elderly care. Our study proposes corresponding policy suggestions based on the problems and advantages of this model, so as to provide ideas and reference for the improvement of community home-based elderly care in China.
